Cancellations

Twenty-four (24) hour notice is required for cancellations. This allows us the opportunity to provide an appointment for another customer. If you cannot provide this notice, a $25 fee will be charged to your next appointment.

No Shows

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, a $25 fee will be charged to your next appointment.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your dog's scheduled appointment, the appointment will have to be rescheduled to keep our schedule on track.

Dogs must be picked up with 30 minutes of notification that they are ready unless we have a prior agreement.
