Cancellations

Twenty-four (24) hour notice is required for cancellations. This allows us the opportunity to provide an appointment for another customer. If you cannot provide this notice, a late cancellation fee may be added to your next appointment.

No Shows

If you do not show for your appointment, a no show fee may be charged to your next appointment.

Late Arrivals and Pick Ups

​

Please be on time for your appointment and pick up. Our schedule relies on punctual drop off and pick up.

​

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, the appointment may be rescheduled to keep our schedule on track.

​

Dogs must be picked up within 30 minutes of notification that they are ready, unless we have a prior agreement for late pick up. If not, a late fee will be added to the service cost.
